1. Who handles your data
Arkadia Invest is currently a pre-incorporation project operated by Ziad Mancef from Malaysia. The operator is the contact for this notice and personal-data requests: contact@arkadia-international.com.
2. Data, sources and purposes
We process the email address and authentication information you provide to create and secure an Arkadia account through Supabase; your chosen planning goal and demo preferences; technical connection and security information generated when you use the service; and messages you send to the contact address. Account information is needed for sign-in and secure access. You can view public pages and use the public calculator without creating an account. Planning goals are used to display your chosen demo experience, not to decide creditworthiness or provide individualized investment advice. Do not supply a child’s personal information.
The app retrieves linked Sandbox account and portfolio information from its existing backend. If you separately authorize Alpaca Connect Paper, Alpaca provides an authorization code, an access token, and Paper account, position and order data. These are used to maintain your chosen connection, display Paper information and perform the explicitly requested, restricted Paper test. We do not ask for your Alpaca login password, real card details or banking credentials. The demo funding fields do not collect those details.
3. Storage, security and recipients
The browser stores an Arkadia authentication session, language preference and EUR demo plan on your device. The demo plan includes the goal, amount, simulated funding method and confirmation state. Supabase processes authentication and backend data. Vercel hosts the app and server endpoints. The authentication library is delivered by jsDelivr; homepage images load from Unsplash domains. These providers receive technical data necessary to deliver their services. Alpaca receives OAuth authorization and Paper API requests when you choose to connect or use the Paper feature, and processes its own account data under its own policies.
The implemented OAuth integration is designed to exchange codes only on the server, store access tokens encrypted in Supabase Vault, restrict access to server-side service credentials and keep tokens and client secrets out of the browser and application error logs. OAuth state is short-lived and single-use. This describes the integration design; it does not assert that a real OAuth connection has already been completed. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting and service providers may process data outside Malaysia, including in other hosting regions. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service, subject to applicable requirements.
4. Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed for the relevant service, security and applicable legal obligations. Request account deletion or details about retention through the contact address. Clearing site storage removes local preferences and the device’s demo plan but does not itself delete your server account. The OAuth integration removes its stored connection token when you use Disconnect; you can also revoke the authorization in Alpaca. Expired pending OAuth states are removed during subsequent connection requests. Necessary security or transaction records may be retained separately where justified.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent, or raise a complaint, using the contact address. Available rights depend on applicable law; identity verification may be needed. You can decline account creation, leave optional planning fields unused, decline OAuth consent, disconnect Paper access or stop using the service. Without required authentication information you cannot use authenticated features; without OAuth authorization you cannot use connected Paper features. Revocation does not undo lawful prior processing. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority, including Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner where applicable.
5. Updates
Changes are published with an updated date. Material changes to purposes or permissions will be communicated, with further consent where required. Contact the operator before providing data if you need more information about a purpose, recipient, transfer or retention period.

Nous traitons l’adresse e-mail et les informations d’authentification fournies pour créer et sécuriser le compte via Supabase, l’objectif et les préférences de démonstration, les informations techniques de connexion et sécurité, ainsi que vos messages. Les informations de compte sont nécessaires à la connexion ; les pages publiques et le calculateur restent accessibles sans compte. L’objectif sert à afficher la démo choisie, pas à évaluer un crédit ni à fournir un conseil personnalisé. Ne fournissez aucune donnée personnelle d’enfant.
Le backend fournit les informations du compte et du portefeuille Sandbox associé. Si vous autorisez séparément Alpaca Connect Paper, Alpaca transmet un code, un jeton d’accès et des données de compte, positions et ordres Paper. Ils servent à maintenir la connexion choisie, afficher les informations et réaliser uniquement le test Paper limité expressément demandé. Aucun mot de passe Alpaca, donnée réelle de carte ou identifiant bancaire n’est demandé ; les champs de financement démo ne les collectent pas.
Le navigateur conserve une session Arkadia, la langue et le plan EUR démo (objectif, montant, mode simulé et confirmation). Supabase traite l’authentification et les données backend, Vercel héberge l’app et ses API, jsDelivr fournit la bibliothèque d’authentification et Unsplash les images. Ces services reçoivent les données techniques nécessaires. Alpaca reçoit les requêtes OAuth et Paper que vous choisissez d’autoriser, et applique ses propres règles à ses comptes.
L’intégration OAuth implémentée est conçue pour échanger les codes côté serveur, chiffrer les jetons dans Supabase Vault, limiter leur accès aux credentials serveur et ne pas les exposer dans le navigateur ou les journaux applicatifs. Le paramètre state est temporaire et à usage unique. Cette description technique ne signifie pas qu’une connexion OAuth réelle a déjà été validée. Aucune sécurité n’est absolue. Les prestataires peuvent traiter les données hors de Malaisie ; des communications imposées par la loi ou nécessaires à la protection du service restent soumises aux règles applicables.
La conservation est limitée aux besoins du service, de sécurité et aux obligations applicables. Contactez l’exploitant pour suppression ou détails. Effacer le stockage du navigateur supprime les préférences et le plan local, pas le compte serveur. Disconnect retire le jeton conservé par l’intégration ; l’autorisation peut aussi être révoquée chez Alpaca. Les états OAuth expirés sont nettoyés lors de demandes ultérieures. Des traces nécessaires de sécurité ou transaction peuvent être conservées séparément lorsque justifié.
Vous pouvez demander accès, rectification, suppression, limitation, retrait du consentement ou adresser une réclamation à l’adresse indiquée, selon le droit applicable et après vérification d’identité si nécessaire. Vous pouvez refuser le compte ou OAuth, ne pas compléter des champs facultatifs, déconnecter Paper ou cesser l’utilisation. Sans données d’authentification requises, les fonctions connectées sont indisponibles ; sans autorisation OAuth, les fonctions Paper associées le sont aussi. La révocation n’annule pas les traitements antérieurs licites. Vous pouvez saisir l’autorité compétente, notamment le Commissaire malaisien à la protection des données lorsque applicable. Les mises à jour sont datées ; les changements importants de finalité ou permissions feront l’objet des informations et consentements requis.
